The terms governing your access to and use of the website operated by B.U.Y. INVEST GmbH at buyinvest.ch.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using buyinvest.ch (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not use the Site. Continued use of the Site following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
The Site is directed exclusively at per-se professional clients and institutional clients within the meaning of Article 4 paragraphs 3-4 of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA). Access is gated by an in-page self-classification step that records your declared status for the duration of your browser session. By proceeding past the gate, you represent that you qualify as a per-se professional or institutional client. The firm may, at its sole discretion, refuse or restrict access to the Site at any time.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trade marks — is the property of B.U.Y. INVEST GmbH or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright, trade-mark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, or otherwise exploited in any form without the prior written consent of B.U.Y. INVEST GmbH, except for personal, non-commercial use that does not involve republication or systematic reproduction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content of the Site by automated means; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site; use the Site to transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or to any system or network connected to the Site; or use the Site in any way that interferes with its operation or with another user's enjoyment of it.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, B.U.Y. INVEST GmbH and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
8. Governing law
These Terms of Use, your access to and use of the Site, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
9. Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or your use of the Site is Zurich, Switzerland. International clients may benefit from alternative consumer-protective rules under the Lugano Convention or other applicable mandatory provisions of the law of their place of residence; nothing in this clause is intended to override such mandatory provisions.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or, if such modification is not possible, severed; the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Changes
B.U.Y. INVEST GmbH may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
